產(chǎn)品特性/ Characteristics:
將硬度僅次于金剛石的92%或95%含量氧化鋁陶瓷片硫化到橡膠或聚氨酯中。氧化鋁陶瓷增強(qiáng)設(shè)備的耐磨性，橡膠起到緩沖物料的作用。在苛刻的磨損條件下這種陶瓷橡膠復(fù)合板內(nèi)襯能延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備的使用壽命，氧化鋁陶瓷阻力小使物料流動(dòng)順暢，減少物料運(yùn)行時(shí)間。
陶瓷橡膠復(fù)合板由于橡膠的減震作用具有較強(qiáng)的抗沖擊性能，同時(shí)能有效降低設(shè)備運(yùn)行的噪音。帶螺栓的模塊設(shè)計(jì)使產(chǎn)品易于安裝，采用粘貼或螺栓固定的方法將產(chǎn)品安裝在耐磨設(shè)備上。
Rubberbacked ceramic sheets are designed and manufactured by vulcanising 92% or 95%wear-resistant alumina tiles into the rubber backing. Alumina works againsterosion where as rubber on back take the impact load and thus after impact thesliding abrasion will be taken care of by alumina tile .
Thebenefits of rubber backed ceramic sheets are that the alumina is exposed to thematerial flow and is fully embedded into a specially designed rubber backing.
Therubber backing also assists in reducing noise levels within the plant and isengineered to resist the impact in each individual application. Modular bolt-insections for easy installation, Just bond or bolt them on as you would anyother traditional steel or rubber lining plate.
