紫蠟專用α氧化鋁系列
α-alumina series for purple wax
本系列產(chǎn)品全部采用1500度以上天然氣超高溫回轉窯煅燒，產(chǎn)品原晶為類球型，原晶大，發(fā)育完全；本系列產(chǎn)品原料、焙燒溫度、原晶完全相同，只是根據(jù)要求控制研磨時間，以達到客戶所要求的不同粒度等級。
The series are calcined in natural gas rotary kiln with temperature over 1500℃, and the original crystal is spherical, big and fully developed. The raw materials, firing temperatures and crystals of this series are the same. The difference of this series is different grinding durations according to different requirements on particle size.
（1）YF-PA50G-1型，平均粒度8-10um（800目），主要適合生產(chǎn)切削率好的紫蠟，用于不銹鋼、不銹鐵、碳鋼等金屬粗拋光，具有極強的切削力和一定光澤度。
（2）YF-PA40G型，平均粒度15-20um（500目），適合生產(chǎn)切削率好的粗拋紫蠟，切削力優(yōu)于YF-PA50G-2，光度差于YF-PA50G-2。
（3）YF-PA30G，平均粒度為40-55um（200目），是玉發(fā)拋光氧化鋁切削力**強的一種。適合生產(chǎn)切削率好的粗拋紫蠟，用于除去不銹鋼表面的砂眼和氧化層，切削力優(yōu)于YF-PA40G，光度差于YF-PA40G。
（1）YF-PA50G-1, with the average particle size of 8-10μm (800mesh), is suitable for producing purple wax with good cutting force, which is used to coarse polish metals such as stainless steel, stainless iron and carbon steel. It is featured with excellent cutting force and certain glossiness.
（2）YF-PA40G, with the average particle size of 15-20μm (500mesh), is suitable for producing coarse polishing purple wax with good cutting force. Its cutting force is better than YF-PA50G-2 but its glossiness is worse than YF-PA50G-2.
（3）YF-PA30G, with the average particle size of 40-55μm (200mesh), and the strongest cutting force among the polishing alumina developed by Yufa, is suitable for producing coarse polishing purple wax, which is used to remove the sand explosions and oxidation layer on surface of stainless steel. Its cutting force is better than YF-PA40G, but the glossiness is worse than YF-PA40G.
